Celtic Sojourn Holiday Concert

Sold out for the past five years, Brian O’Donovan’s intimate sharing of holiday music, dancing, songs and stories is famous Irish family tradition.  Conveniently  located at the Cutler Majestic Theatre in downtown Boston this performance was filmed last year and broadcast to over 157 PBS Stations nationally.  Also featuring singers Sean Keane and the Solas, and the spectacular Irish dancing of Kieran Jordan. Tour the Customs House Clock Tower and Lunch at the Black Rose

First we’ll lunch at The Black Rose and enjoy their famous Irish fare, then walk across the street to the Custom House Tower at 3 McKinley Square for their 2 o’clock tour.  Originally a four-faced Greek temple built in the mid 1800’s the tower was built over the temple in 1913 and was the first skyscraper in Boston.  Join us to learn about the Clock Tower’s interesting history and get a fabulous view of the Boston Harbor.  Meet at the Black Rose 160 State Street. Currier Museum of Art in Manchester, NH

Enjoy a docent led tour of this internationally renowned art museum. The Currier houses permanent collections of works by Picasso, Matisse, Monet, O’Keeffe, Calder and Wyeth. A special exhibit by Kirsten Reynolds will be on display during our visit. Following the tour we will lunch in the Winter Garden Cafè.
