Enjoy fitness al fresco! Registration is required; suitable for all fitness levels

This fun, outdoor class on Fiedler Field on the Esplanade will include a full-body workout that prioritizes the needs of seniors, with focused attention on efficient body mechanics and injury prevention. We will offer a variety of exercises that will increase your muscle strength, range of motion, and make you more durable for daily activities. Not only will you feel stronger, but you’ll notice an increase in your energy level. 

We will do some lower impact cardio, strength training with resistance bands, balance/flow, and some light stretching at the end. Bring water, a towel, and a resistance band (a free one will be provided to the first 50 registrants). A folding chair prop will be provided. No floor work. 

Advance registration through Eventbrite (click the "Register Now" button above to access it). Meet at Fiedler Field. Weather permitting. Free and open to the public.
