what happens next? Options for next steps in healthy aging

Many older adults express a strong interest in 'aging in place' - remaining at home for as long as possible as they get older. There is a lot to consider and to plan to achieve this goal. But what happens if health or other factors make such an option unsafe or impossible? And what happens if circumstances change, or if you simply change your mind? Join BHV and a panel of experts in the field of healthy aging to address these questions and to start the conversation about your next steps.

Our expert panelists are:

Penelope Tzougros: Wealthy Choices- a financial planner whose niche is helping people decide the right setting for their healthy aging (and to plan for it financially)

Kate Grannigan: Lifecare Advocates CEO of a respected geriatric care management firm based in Newton, MA

Maria Byrne: The Baldwin (a lifeplan community in Londonderry NH) who has been working senior living communities for >30 years

Ellen Koswick: Kendal at Home – the first lifecare at home organization in Massachusetts

All are welcome. Members are encouraged to bring a guest and/or family member.

Meet at Suffolk University, Sargent Hall: 120 Tremont St. 2nd Floor, Classroom 285 Boston, MA 02108. Free.
