Whether it’s baked feta in phyllo with roasted grapes, olives, and Greek honey, rosemary lamb chops, or local haddock baked in flaky kataifi pastry, every dish at TRADE is a culinary odyssey. It’s a journey led by James Beard Award-winning chef and Julia Childs protégé Jody Adams, and restaurateurs Eric Papachristos and Jonathan Mendez. Olive trees, basket lighting, and fresh greenery are only some of the features that transport diners to Greece and its postcard-perfect isles. A new enclosed-glass wine cellar overlooking the dining room also offers a glimpse of a list overflowing with crisp Santorini Assyrtiko, stone-fruity Moschofilero, and the “Blood of Hercules,” Agiorgitiko.
