By registering and/or participating in any BHV in-person event, program, trip, or service (held in or out of doors) you are affirming that you have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and that you are not exhibiting, at the time of the event or service, any symptoms of Covid-19. BHV will always adhere to the current Commonwealth and City of Boston guidelines and/or to the policies of whatever venue we may use. In all cases, Members & guests should follow their own comfort level in  participating in any BHV event or service.

Tuesday, 3/21 – Total Body Workout. Join us for our traditional weekly workout for Active Agers. This class combines a little bit of everything including low impact cardio, strength training, balance and flexibility to target the entire body.  Hand weights (or alternative), a chair and 10 minutes of mat work will be included.  Can be modified for many levels.

For this special week only, the class fee will be waived. Advance registration is required for non-members of BHV and BHV members who do not already receive weekly notifications to join Cindy's classes. Call or email the office to learn more at 617-723-9713 or info@beaconhillvillage.org.
