Join BHV members in celebrating National Senior Health & Fitness Day for an in-person fitness session. Cindy Sullivan will lead a balance class, a popular offering during March’s Spring into Action Fitness Week. Balance is the cooperation between the brain, nervous system, muscle and bones, and the class will focus on improving the connection. Participants can expect exercises and tips on the importance of staying strong and preventing falls. Suitable for all fitness levels.
