Do you remember those fitness tests from your elementary school days? They may have seemed trivial at the time, but fitness is fundamentally to functionality. Everyday activities like getting off the couch and climbing stairs are essential indicators of your overall fitness. During this in person session we will perform six fitness tests that can help you assess your current fitness level and track your progress.
